Ethan has classical business training from UVM and as the CEO of MBA HealthGroup, he took the company to $10M in annual revenue and 100 employees. He successfully navigated HIPPA laws and grew ARR year over year with a very lean marketing budget and sales team. He is customer-focused and has an ability to improve the customer experience and his business model at the same time. He has deep industry knowledge and experience and successfully navigated the shift to telehealth at the beginning of the pandemic.
