Meet the Co-Founders
Max Luthy
Max spent a decade a the global trend firm TrendWatching, serving many roles and ultimately as the Director of Trends & Insights. Max co-authored a book “Trend-Driven Innovation” and has given 100+ keynote speeches at conferences all over the world. He created Trend Frameworks for large companies to guide cross-departmental innovation from the top to bottom of the organizations. Max has also founded an independent record label, and more recently is the co-founder of Origami Air, a Metaverse-first world building studio.
Luke Montgomery-Smith
Prior to Plink!, Luke co-founded Wild Fizz Kombucha, the highest star rated kombucha at the Great Taste Awards of all UK Kombuchas. Wild Fizz was stocked in approx. 300 stores across the UK and Europe, prior to closing during the pandemic. Before kombucha, Luke worked in Live Events for some of the top London agencies and activating large scale campaigns across the globe for some of the top companies in the world. Luke eventually set up his own agency and picked up global clients, before setting up a sustainable retreat business.
